What is Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is simply a variation of an everyday experience, similar to day dreaming

During  hypnotherapy, the client is able  to experience and explore their emotional and physical responses to whatever they  choose to  visualize or recreate.   It is a time to be still and put aside the pressures and concerns of daily life.

What are the benefits of Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis can generate an experience that facilitates learning. It  provides a safe time to explore something of concern and consider it from many perspectives. This Ericksonian approach allows the client to discover resources which they didn't know they had.

How many sessions

There are no determined number of sessions. It depends on the client  and what is concerning them.    A single session maybe all that is required.

Cost
